Insight is a catalyst in overcoming life's challenges. I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the greater Kansas City area to help support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Much of my experience has been in community mental health, working with children, teens, and adults in managing their anxiety, depression, and other symptoms contributing to the increase in symptoms. Many individuals have struggled with issues related to trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, and/or other life changes. My hope is to provide you with your own personal insight, to establish a healthy and balanced lifestyle. As a minority woman, I am aware of culture differences and how differences can make us feel alone in this crowded world.
